Nong Khai

On weekend day trips we like to head north to the small town of Nong Khai and the Thailand-Laos border. Only a short 45 minute drive away, the town claims to have been voted the 7th most liveable town in the world. Although we can't confirm that, the students always enjoy their day here and pack up the van with lots of souvenirs from the Smuggler's market!
