Before submitting your request, please be aware that all change requests are performed in a chronological order, and all requests are subject to staff review and availability. Do not assume that by submitting this form that it guarantees that your request will be granted automatically. We will contact you to confirm the result of your request.

Additional fees may be incurred as follows:
Administration Fee – USD$50 for trip revisions when requested after issuance of Acceptance Letter
Making Changes After Program Has Begun – USD$100; if the request is received less than 72hours prior to the student’s scheduled return flight the fee is USD$200. In addition, the family must pay any change fees or fare increases imposed by the airlines. This is subject to program and flight approval and availability.

When you submit this request, you agree to pay any and all applicable administration fees regarding this change request.
