DIY Eco-friendly Toothpaste (only 3 ingredients!)

8 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans every year. 8 million! This should inspire us to do better and reduce our own plastic use in any way we can in our personal lives. Rustic program leaders, Anna and Cody share how they minimize their plastic use by making their own DIY eco-friendly toothpaste. Here’s what you’ll need.

3 Ingredient Natural Toothpaste Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 10 drops of peppermint oil or peppermint extract
