Program Manager - Ricefields Service Base
A native of Baan Chiang Yeun, the village where our Ricefields Base is located, Dote is an easy-going am- bassador to the local area and Isaan culture. His broad smile, goofy sense of humor, and contagious laugh have made him a favorite at The Ricefields Base. Dote's brother, Gat, also works for us as a driver, and we are lucky to have this great family as a part of our team.
Doe Lomanotham
Program Manager - Hill Tribe Orphanage Project
Raised in a small Karen village in the hills of Mae Hong Son, Doe was sent to the Baan Rai School by his teacher when he was 11. After studying there for three years, he returned to his village to help his family. Doe found his way back to the Orphanage, where he helps take care of the grounds. He is working on improving his English and hopes to some day be a certified guide.
