You will be responsible for making all of your flight arrangements for these programs. Please email us a copy of your flight itinerary as soon as it is available. This will ensure that we have the appropriate staff at the airport when you arrive.
Students will be met outside security by a staff member. More airport information will be provided before departure, as well as a Rustic Pathways t-shirt for quick identification. Students must wear the t-shirt on the flight and at the airport.
New Orleans Programs
Students must arrive into and depart from New Orleans International Airport (MSY) between 12:00pm-5:30pm on both their arrival and departure dates. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight.
The Mono Lake Project
Students must arrive between 11am and 4pm at San Francisco International Airport and depart within the same window of time. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight.
Arizona Programs
Students must arrive between 11am and 4pm at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and depart within the same window of time. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight.
Alabama Programs
Students must arrive between 11am and 4pm at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and depart within the same window of time. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight.
South Carolina Save the Children Program
Students must arrive into and depart from the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (GSP) between 11 am and 5 pm on both their arrival and departure dates. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight. Since Saturday is a transition day, we encourage arriving students to arrive in the PM and departing students to depart in the AM.
Appalachia Save the Children Program
Students must arrive into and depart from the Louisville International Airport (SDF) in Louisville, Kentucky between 11 am and 5 pm on both their arrival and departure dates. If they arrive or depart outside of this window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account for each arriving or departing flight. Since Saturday is a transition day, we encourage arriving students to arrive in the pm and departing students to depart in the AM.
