If you don’t feel like heading out to the water just yet feel free to hang out on the beach with a great book or join in on some beach volleyball.
During the evenings there will be great food and fun as your trip leaders love night activities. You might find yourself playing relay games or settled on the beach watching a bone fire after the sunsets.

A long day of excitement awaits you after to wake up today. Once you have had your breakfast you will be off and exploring. First find yourself immersed in the warm mud pools. After you have rinsed free of all that mud it will be time to head out for a mellow afternoon hike. There are multiple ecosystems in Fiji, one of which resembles the rainforests in Costa Rica. Enjoy the cool shade provided to you by the towering trees and take some time to look around for the native birds up high in the canopy.
Once you have had dinner then it is off to a night ferry to the second largest island in Fiji called Vana Levu.
Day 06 – Saturday
Heavenly hot springs
You have now arrived on the island of Vana Levu. After we head to our hotel it is time to venture out to the hot springs. Take a relaxing dip in waters warmed naturally by geothermal activity. Spend the afternoon exploring Savusavu and all of the excitement the city has to offer.

Everyone wonders how oysters make pearls, but not everyone is able to visit the actual farm. Today you have the opportunity to visit one of the finest black pearl farms in the world. Not only will you see where and how the black pearls are harvested, but you will also visit the showroom where the final pieces of jewelry are made. Watching the pearl cultivation process will leave you with a new found respect for the beautiful creations nature presents us with everyday.

Zoom 60 feet above the ground at over forty miles per hour on eight connecting zip lines. You will be ready for a relaxing evening after this fun filled day of adventure.
You will also spend an exciting day rafting on the Upper Navua River. In the remote highlands of Viti Levu lies one of the most unique river trips on earth. Slicing a deep chasm through the island's tropical interior, the Upper Navua River is a hidden pathway to a pristine tropical wilderness. Shrouded in lush rainforest, fed by countless waterfalls and protected by challenging rapids, your exploration of this amazing gorge is perhaps one of the most unique journeys in all of Fiji if not the South Pacific and the world. This excursion will take you through some of the country's most formidable and phenomenally beautiful terrain in the relative comfort of inflatable rafts. This is a place where black volcanic walls are at points barely seven meters apart and over forty meters high and fringed by emerald rainforest. This is a place where man has been merely an intermittent visitor at best, where some of the wildest and most beautiful Fiji can still be found. Students consistently rate this day as one of the absolute highlights of their time in Fiji.
Day 16 – Tuesday
Returning to Nadi
Spend a relaxing morning eating a delicious tropical breakfast and swimming in the ocean. After you have packed your bag and had some lunch we will begin the journey back to Nadi. Extending your Adrelaine Rush.
Weeks Three, Four and beyond….
If you’re staying longer there will be new opportunities of service and adventure. Your understanding of Fijian culture will be better, the depth of the friendships you’ve made will be stronger and your ability to communicate, participate and contribute will be enhanced the greater the amount of time you spend here. You can continue your adventure by adding on the “Learn to Dive” or “Diver’s Dream” programs and explore Fiji from below the surface. If you would like to add on an additional country, programs in Australia and New Zealand can be added easily. Trips are easy to add on so get creative when you design the summer of your dreams.
