In an organization like Rustic Pathways, having dedicated staff with caring hearts, positive outlooks, and strong backgrounds is essential. Rustic Pathways is a rich and diverse company full of sincere, committed professionals with wonderful experience in their various fields.

Taken together, our team members speak more than 30 languEdad, have traveled across more than 130 countries, hold degrees from some of the world’s top schools, and have led countless groups of students and adult clients across some of the most interesting and exotic places on the planet. The Rustic Pathways’ team is a large, cohesive, loving family. And while individual backgrounds are extraordinarily diverse, every person holds to a common set of values regarding the standards of the company, a single-minded dedication to excellence across our organization, and an absolute focus on the safety of our programs and the well-being and enrichment of our students.

In terms of diversity, our full-time team includes international sportsmen and sportswomen, champion snowboarders, former Buddhist monks, football stars, accomplished musicians, mountain climbers, graphic designers, competitive surfers, pilots, academics, teachers, authors, published songwriters, parents with school-age children, and grandparents.
