Alaska Flight Info
 

All students traveling with our Alaska programs must arrange their own airfare into Anchorage, Alaska.

Students must arrive into Anchorage on Tuesdays between 5 and 10:30 p.m. As the program date approaches, students will be instructed where in the airport they should meet our Alaska Rustic Pathways staff members.
Students must arrange their overnight, departure flights home or to other Rustic Pathways programs for Monday nights between 9:30 pm and midnight, and Tuesday early morning from midnight to 2 a.m

Rustic Pathways has found these times accomadating for students from all parts of the lower 48 states and provides the widest options for flight carriers, frequent flier mile use and better ability to link between Alaska and other Rustic Pathways programs. Students arriving outside of the given times are subject to our special transportation arrangement fees.

  
     
New Orleans Flight Info
 
You will be responsible for making all of your flight arrangements.  Please email us a copy of your flight itinerary as soon as it is available. This will ensure that we have the appropriate staff at the airport when you arrive in New Orleans.

Students should arrive into and depart New Orleans between 12pm – 4pm on both their arrival date and their departure date.  If they arrive or depart outside of this four hour window, a transportation fee will be assessed to their account (each way).
  
Mexico Flight Info
 

All students traveling to our Mexico programs must arrange their own airfare into the program’s respective arrival/departure city.
IMPORTANT: There is MORE THAN ONE airport servicing our programs in Mexico.

Rustic Pathways will arrange airfare for all students connecting Baja and Mainland programs. They will be charged $195 for this connection
