Pathways will arrange the appropriate international
airfare for you right from your home city!

THE DEPARTURE DATE THAT YOU LIKE BEST. Remember
that most trips have several departure dates.
Check the trip page of your trip for a full listing
of available trip dates.

COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM ON-LINE, OR BY MAIL
OR FAX. Our on-line application (below) is
the easiest way to apply for a trip. You can also
apply by mail or fax. The application form below
is self-explanatory. Please phone us if you have
any questions while completing your application.

CHECK
YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE SENDING IT. Please
make sure that your application form is complete
before you send it to us! Check that all appropriate
boxes are filled in correctly and that the form
shows that parental permission has been given.

ENSURE YOU HAVE PROVIDED YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR THE $ 200 LATE APPLICATION FEE (late season application period began after April 15th). If you wish to pay by check, complete your application on-line and post your check to our Ohio office at PO Box 1150, Willoughby, Ohio 44096. Your application will be processed when we receive your application fee.
